If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will process an exchange, refund, or store credit subject to the following terms and conditions:

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase date. Excludes clearance items.

Please be sure your merchandise is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached. Remember to include your original invoice or packing slip.

You will need an RMA number prior to returning your merchandise to us. Customers can request an RMA via phone at 1.888.559.2634 or by email ([email protected]).

Once your RMA has been issued, merchandise must be received within 7 business days, so don't forget to ship it back.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If an item is damaged or defective, the return shipping is on us!

Temporary or special promotional sales qualify as regular price merchandise — let us know if you have any questions.
Refund Notes

Our refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and require 4-5 business days to process.

Your refund will be processed only when we receive the returned merchandise from you.

You will receive an email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued in the original form of payment.
Exchange Notes

Our exchanges require 3-5 business days to process.

You will receive an email when the exchange has been processed and the updated items have been shipped.

Return Mail Requests

Please make sure merchandise is securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Please enclose a copy of the original receipt and the RMA number. Call 1.888.559.2634 or email us at [email protected] to request an RMA number.

We cannot accept C.O.D. packages and deliveries.

It is important that packages are shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Make sure to retain the return tracking number for your records. Iscream cannot be responsible for lost inbound packages.
